Founded by Dr Ranjeeta Singh, the visionary behind EnableOrg®, the platform is built on a rare combination of deep organisational psychology and WHS risk expertise. Her PhD in Organisational Psychology, together with her experience as a WHS Lead Auditor, provides a robust foundation for integrated people, culture and compliance solutions. This multi‑disciplinary background—spanning governance, compliance, development, operational excellence and risk management—underpins holistic, sustainable approaches that support healthier, safer workplaces.
Ranjeeta’s career spans clinical, public and private sectors across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, positioning her as a respected thought leader and voice in psychosocial risk, engagement and culture. Dr Ranjeeta is sought after keynote speaker, advisor and consultant.
