A fantastic training session that our staff felt delivered a great insight into how a person might find themselves becoming a bully due to dissatisfaction in their own lives. It encouraged everyone to not only think about how they are being treated but how in turn they may be inadvertently projecting their own unhappiness onto others. It also gave participants the tools to be more aware and speak up about bullying that might be happening around them.
